CHENGYI is located at Zhenxing Road, Sanshui District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, China. The factory covers an area of more than 10,000 square meters. We specialize in the production of various hinges, such as furniture hinges, piano hinges, hydraulic hinges, stainless steel hinges, zinc alloy hinges, etc., for the production of various products.
We have advanced hinge processing equipment, including punching machines, CNC cutting machines, shearing equipment, drilling machines, etc. In addition, we also have milling machines and testing equipment. The following are our different hinge processing processes.
Hinges Laster Cutting：Select the plate or bar according to the hinge material (stainless steel, iron, copper, etc.), and form it by stamping, laser cutting or sawing. Hydraulic hinges require additional processing of damping components
Hinges Punching：Use a special machine tool or fixture to drill holes and ensure that the center position of the hinge cup is accurate.
Hinges Bending： The upper die is pressed vertically downward to plastically deform the hinge material (such as cold-rolled steel or stainless steel) in the die and gradually roll it into a cylindrical shape.
Hinge finishing: Pre-processed hinges are refined through micro-cutting to achieve the dimensional accuracy, geometric tolerance and surface roughness required by the design.
Assembly and debugging: It adopts a split design, and the base and movable plate are produced through an integrated molding process and then assembled.
Surface treatment: includes polishing, electroplating or spraying to improve corrosion resistance and aesthetics.
Hinge quality inspection: Use direct reading spectrometer (OES) to detect the element content of carbon steel/stainless steel substrate
